Nollie-ers!
The team have been capturing all of your great feedback, as well as watching how everyone is getting the most value out of the nollie platform - and we’ve released a few new features and improvements on the 3rd of July.
Faster Smart Summaries
We’ve improved the way smart summaries work - instead of analysing a contact’s history every time you load up a profile page (which is slow), we’ll show you the latest smart summary generated for that contact (which is fast!). If you want to see if there’s some new info about that particularly contact - you can hit the ‘refresh button, and a new smart summary will be generated.

In-app support tool
In addition to emailing the team via support@nollie.ai, you can now raise support requests from inside nollie. Just click on the ‘support’ icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, and a small window will appear that will let you submit a form, or (if we’re online) kick off a chat session to get you sorted out quickly.

Intelligent Data Merging
We’ve been working closely with a few venues to figure out the best way to get very large amounts of customer data into nollie in a useful way - so we’ve introduced a new method of merging duplicate contact records on their way into the system - this means that if we see two or more contact records that we’re 100% sure are duplicates (e.g. they’ve got the same name, email and/or phone number) we’ll merge them into one contact record, but keep their booking, purchases, and customer notes in-tact.
Faster Imports from Integrations
In addition to the intelligent Data Merging, we’ve also increased the speed that we pull in larger customer databases (more than 10,000 contacts).
Image Optimisation Improvements
We got a bit over-excited compressing images uploaded to emails, so we’ve relaxed that a bit to stop your photos looking too crunchy.
We hope nollie continues to make it easier to understand and engage with your guests - and as always don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any feedback, questions or suggestions!
Cheers,
Jordan
