What counts towards my plan?
Every contact you hold in nollie: everyone in your guest database, however they got there. Your plan is set by that total number, checked against the cap for your tier. No separate counting for email versus SMS, and no penalty for holding a full list.
Is there a contract?
No long lock-in. We set it up on the guest data you already have. Founding venues get launch terms; ask when you book a demo.
Can I keep my booking system?
Yes. nollie adds the marketing to the system you’ve already got. It works with your ResDiary today. Nothing changes about how you take bookings; nollie does the marketing around it.
Do you charge per cover?
No. Never. One flat monthly price per venue, whatever your covers. Marketplaces bill you for every diner, including the regulars who’d have come anyway. We don’t.
