Applicant privacy notice
Nollie Limited is the controller of personal information collected through nollie job applications. This notice explains how we use that information. Our general privacy policy provides our company and Data Protection Officer details.
Information we collect
Our application form may collect:
- your name, email address, city and country;
- the role or area that interests you;
- your introduction and a link to a profile, CV or portfolio;
- whether you ask us to consider you for future opportunities; and
- limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the form.
Please do not include special-category information or information about criminal convictions unless we specifically ask for it later in the recruitment process.
How and why we use it
We use applicant information to:
- assess your application, communicate with you and take steps towards employment;
- manage recruitment fairly, securely and efficiently;
- meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
- consider you for future roles when you send a future-interest introduction, or when you select the separate optional preference on a specific role application.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering an employment contract, our legitimate interests in recruiting and protecting the application service, compliance with legal obligations where applicable, and your consent when you ask for future consideration. You may withdraw that request or preference at any time.
Who receives it
Applications are delivered to an access-controlled nollie recruitment inbox. We use Vercel to host and secure this website and Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., to deliver the application email. We do not add applicant details to HubSpot or a marketing list and we do not sell them.
Resend processes email content and delivery records in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and Resend also participates in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Resend's GDPR information.
How long we keep it
We normally keep unsuccessful applications and future-opportunity introductions for six months. If you are hired, relevant recruitment records are kept during employment and for six years afterwards. We may keep information for longer where a legal duty or active legal claim requires it, and will restrict access in those circumstances.
Resend normally retains email content and delivery records for 30 days and backups for seven days. You may ask us to request earlier deletion from Resend.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw a future-opportunity request or preference. Some rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. We do not make solely automated recruitment decisions through this form.
