Quandoo has closed: what to do next, and the alternatives
The last day to make a new reservation on Quandoo was 30 September 2026, and its consumer services ended from 1 October 2026. nollie is one alternative, from £99 a month, no per-cover fees. What happened.
Reservations stopped
Quandoo closed on a phased plan. 30 September 2026 was the last day to make a new reservation on it, and the last dining date a guest could pick.
Consumer services ended
From 1 October 2026, all Quandoo consumer services ended. Its website and app may stay up in a limited, static form, with no reservations possible.
Everything goes offline
Quandoo has switched off its UK restaurant site, and said its website, app and remaining infrastructure go offline permanently on 31 December 2026.

What to do about your bookings and guest data now.
Your booking links
Any ‘Book on Quandoo’ button on your website, Google Business Profile or socials can no longer take a booking. Point each one at a booking page that works, even a temporary one, so you stop losing tables.
Your guest list and history
Quandoo says restaurants can export their reservation history and guest list up to and including 30 November 2026, and that platform access ends after that date. Export everything you want to keep now: it is what a new system imports.
Bookings already in your diary
Note the upcoming tables you have on record, and keep that list at the pass until your new system holds every future booking.
